I don’t have manic depression, but I do have social anxiety disorder, BDD, and depression. I have what is called a fight or flight responce, I get into a manic state when I get really anxious and do whatever I have to do to leave the situation. The worst things I have done in this state are; break my Dad’s leg (I kicked him trying to escape from the room), and ran away from school a couple times.

cheated on my girlfriend…that was before i was on meds…i have bipolar disorder type I, so just imagine the fun that brings when you arent on meds. but she forgave me[in a way..it took me awhile to gain her trust all the way though] and helped me out a lot. we sat down, talked about it…talked about what i needed to do to improve myself because to her she knew i am a sweet guy andddddd she knew something was wrong.
that was a year and a half ago..we’ve been together ever since then and i have never done one single thing to hurt her.

i flip out on everyone around me and yell at them, i go really crazy i once fliped out on one of my teachers lol, hope i helped =]
