What Is The Best Way To Deal With Manic Depression?

Medication is the only answer. Bipolar Disorder is a serious mental illness and untreated, it will only get worse and carries a 20-25% suicide risk.
You need to see a doctor if you have not already been diagnosed.

As far as depression is concerned, you might check out the Depression Learning Path (http://www.clinical-depression.co.uk/). It offers a perspective on depression that goes beyond the the conventional chemical imbalance argument.
However, as others said, if you’ve been diagnosed with MD, follow doctor’s advice and prescriptions.

You must seek medical attention. The disorder if very manageable with medication but a doctor has to prescribe the pills. You will feel much better once you get it under control and your life will take on whole new meaning.

Any depression is difficult to diagnose and it is best left to the professionals to help.
Sorry if this is not the answer you were looking for but i doubt you will get any help on a forum such as this.

See a doctor/psychiatrist that can prescribe the right combination of meds. This is a chemical imbalance in the brain that can only be treated with drugs. Don’t mess around with this… find a doctor now and start getting treatment.
