Even if it makes you feel better for a short time, putting chemicals/poisons into your body and brain is not going to help you get any better in the long run. It will only make it more difficult for your body to help itself.
As hard as it may be to quit smoking (whatever it is), do it for yourself. You will be glad you did.
I’m smoke free for over 9 years now and I don’t miss it one bit.
