I am trying to find the actual bill.. this is really stupid, they claim it’s to educate women, but then say they are having a commission study us like lab rats to come up with policies that – PREVENT, Detect and TREAT.. HOW AND WHY! All they need to do is hand the woman a pamphlet with resources so she can contact someone BY CHOICE to get what ever help she needs.

I made this video to try to describe what the mind of a manic depressive with racing thoughts is like (also hearing voices). I have manic depression (bipolar) with psychosis (hear voices).
