Its not about postpartum depression but it may help it’s called: “Even June Cleaver would forget the juice box. How to raise great kids in the age of extreme parenting.” It helped me.

Hello. I have been diagnosed with depression. I am also bipolar and manic. I am looking for a book for my husband so he can understand my condition better. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
