I Make Bad Judgment Calls, With My Manic Bi Polar Depression, Do You?

I don’t understand, why I make these Bad Judgment calls & do these things… Yes, I’m on meds, & I am seeing a psychologist…
It was not true, I apologized from here to The Heavens, both forgave me, now I know, I’ll beat myself up & dwell on this bad choice for months..
WHY DO I DO THIS? I don’t like the drama, but it seems, I create some of the negative drama in my life, but not meaning to, it just happens..
