What Do I Do When I Am Cycling From Manic Rage To Extream Depression?

I was stablized, but was feeling so good I stopped all my meds.DUMB. I had a complete break down, and now been working with doctor to get stablized again.. I am a completely different person, and have been thinking some really strange things. I get extreamly raged so easy am scared to tell doctor cause I dont wanna go to hospital. And I am petrified of losing my kids.. I am scared to death.. any advice would be nice…
