apparently you are unaware that often their tests fail to find problems which are, in fact, present. see an hio method chiropractor to check for nerve interference.

Question by Sunny: how do I help my friend with postpartum depression?
My friend who has 4 daughters has postpartum depression even though her last one is 4 years old. I think she still suffers from her depression time to time – still on medication. I don’t know much about it but I want to help. What can I do to help her?

Offer to watch her kids and let her go out by herself to get a massage or a manicure or whatever. Another thing you can do is be with her. Spend the day with her. Help her clean her house or do laundry.

What do you think? Answer below!

I have been with Mike ( my sons father) for about 6 years. He’s the artistic type so he’s naturally a little moody. But lately hes been acting particularly odd. His mother suffers from bipolar, manic depressive disorders. So I know it can be genetic. I grew up with a father also who had these among other problems. So I know it when I see it.I definitely see it. His mohter has brought it up to him that maybe he should try some medication, or go talk to someone but he refuses.I can barely stand it anymore. He is the most unhappy , unmotivated person I know. I dont know what I can do to help him..I just want my life to be normal again..help ?
