Depression Treatment Care

People kill when they’re depressed just as much as when they’re got manic paranoid things happening.
Is it that everyone gets depressed and they can relate to that?
But everyone has dreams and nightmares so they should be able to relate to schizophrenia then.

I am asking ON AVERAGE.
DO NOT tell me to ask my doctor because I don’t see my doctor for a long time and I would like to know now. So I want someone who is educated on this kind of stuff to give me a VALID answer.
