Question by Shanizzel: How can you make depression symptoms better at home?
What if you have depression but don’t need to see a doctor yet. How can you improve your light depression symptoms at home? Don’t say some type of pill, because I would want to go through a doctor before I take any kind of supliment.

exercise really helps me. It releases endorphins. I bought a treadmill. Also, prayer and Bible reading, meditation. This may sound silly, but pets help too. Like if you don’t have one, try a dog or cat.

I am going in for a scheduled induction this week (close to week 41). I have been talking to sisters and friends, and they have all been telling me they hit an emotional low right after having the baby. I thought it might be good to get some b12 or something on hand because i think my hormones will drop or something… any ideas on stuff i can do to try to avoid postpartum depression? Just to keep my emotions level, and not have a huge drop?

I can’t afford a doctor. I’m having physical pains which i believe are triggered by my depression. And what are the home remedies for scoliosis?

A trusted financial adviser friend of ours says he and several of his colleagues expect the economy be in recession for at least another year and then possibly a depression for ten years. Given this scenario, would the price of leasing a home increase or decrease, and at which point?
So in a market slump is it better to own a home or lease?
