I am entering the severe depression stage again and severely worried about being left alone with my new born baby. Any ideas on how i get through this. I refuse to take medication. I hate the numbing feeling the medication gives me. Hubby helps control emotional waves. I am a sleeping and cold medication taker to sleep away the depression stage over all i dont know what to do…
