Depression Treatment Care

How do I? (both depression and anxiety) . I cry so much and feel so miserable for long hours every month atleast (for a few days generally) By the grace of God I beg you to tell me how do I be like others?, depression free and stress-anxiety free. I cry about so small things like coming back from a vacation to my boring old-life. Help, PLEASE.

My niece lost his father 2 years ago , being 13 years old then, now his mother is depressed and he does not seem to have any friends, he is a very obedient boy and listens to everything his mother says, I was wondering “can living with a manic depressed mother cause the boy to get depression himself ?”
