Depression Treatment Care

Im currently 18 weeks with my second child, i suffered postpartum depression after i had my first 8 years ago and it’s somewhat spoiling my pregnancy this time around for fear of it returning again.

This child was very much planned and we are extremely happy but i can’t help remembering those dark days i had last time and wondering if they will return this time.

Has anyone else had postpartum depression twice?

Additional Details
Just thought i add, i did get help with my depression last time and all was well after some medication and counselling.

As I feel like it alot and without sounding silly or trivialising a serious prob, it’s depressing me!
