is having depression that recurs every December after a period of being manic for 2 months normal depression?Posted by: Alan in Manic Depression, tags: After, Being, December, Depression, every, Having, Manic, months, Normal, period, recursit’s been like this for at least 3 years now, and I went to a counselor once but it nothing was resolved. I thought it might be normal depression until this year, because last week I was looking ahead and since I’m in college thinking a lot about my goals and working very hard. This actually happens about 3 times a year but the worst one is around December until early to mid January.

How can i over come depression and be a normal teen?Posted by: Alan in depression treatment, tags: Come, Depression, Normal, Over, teenHi, I’m 15 and i suffer from depression. I want to know if there is anyone out there who has over come their depression. I feel like it holds me back from being a real teenager. My boyfriend tells me just stop and i try to explain but he doesn’t understand that I’m not trying to be depressed. I just wish i could live without it. Please help me over come my depression. |
