Depression Treatment Care

Question by =): How do things that happened during the great depression still effect us today?
Are there families who are still in debt because of the great depression?
Were any products introduced/gotten rid of because of the great depression?
What about governments of different countries, are any of the governments that changed because of the great depression, still what they changed to?

I got answers that when you are asleep you can’t sin, when you are half awake you can’t sin, when you are sleep walking you can’t sin. So only when you have full conscious control of your brain, can you sin.
So if I am mentally ill, can I sin? Or is it not my control? Mental illness is when you don’t have good control of your brain because it’s chemically out of balance. So most of the actions of manic depressives, obsessive compulsive, schizophrenic, turrettes, are not sins right?
